[Protest of Any Contract Award Under NPS Solicitation for Theatre Operation]
B-230732: Jun 23, 1988
- Full Report:
A firm protested any contract award under a National Park Service (NPS) solicitation for theatre operation, contending that: (1) one of the evaluators had a conflict of interest due to his promotional business in the entertainment field; and (2) NPS should reimburse it for its bid and protest preparation costs. GAO held that the protester: (1) failed to show that the evaluator had a conflict of interest involving the proposed awardee, or that the alleged conflict influenced his evaluations; and (2) was not entitled to reimbursement for its bid and protest preparation costs. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
