A firm requested reconsideration of its denied protest against a Defense Construction Supply Center (DCSC) contract award for ball valves. GAO had denied the protest, since it would not review the DCSC affirmative determination of the awardee's responsibility. In its request for reconsideration, the protester reiterated that: (1) the awardee would not supply a compliant product; and (2) DCSC should resolicit the requirement if it did not intend to enforce the specifications. GAO held that the protester failed to show that the prior decision contained any errors of fact or law. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
