A firm requested reconsideration of its denied protest against the General Services Administration's (GSA) cancellation of a solicitation for the lease of office space. GAO had held that the cancellation was justified, since the: (1) occupancy requirement was unduly restrictive; and (2) government's space needs materially changed. The protester contended that GSA: (1) did not show that the government's needs changed; and (2) improperly disclosed its proposed rental price. GAO held that: (1) there was sufficient information to determine that the government's needs had changed; and (2) the disclosure of the protester's bid did not affect the propriety of the cancellation. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
