[Decision Concerning Request for Review of GSA Deduction Action]

A carrier requested review of a General Services Administration (GSA) deduction action regarding alleged overcharges for freight it shipped for the Navy. GAO held that GSA properly determined that the carrier incorrectly applied a higher tariff to the shipment. Accordingly, the GSA action was sustained.
