Highlights

A firm protested an Air Force contract award to another firm for aircraft maintenance, contending that the: (1) awardee was suspended from government contracting when it submitted its proposal; (2) Air Force improperly evaluated its technical proposal; and (3) awardee's bid price was unrealistic. GAO held that the Air Force: (1) reasonably considered the awardee's proposal after its suspension was lifted; (2) reasonably determined that the protester's proposal was deficient in various respects; and (3) adequately evaluated price proposals. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
