A firm protested the Navy's cancellation of a solicitation and subsequent resolicitation. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after the Navy cancelled the original solicitation; and (2) the protest was not of sufficient interest to the procurement community to warrant consideration. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
