A firm requested reconsideration of the denial of its protest against the Army's rejection of its bid under a solicitation for communications system control elements. GAO had held that the Army adequately discussed the deficiencies in the protester's proposal before determining that it was technically unacceptable. In its request for reconsideration, the protester reiterated its contention that the Army misled it into leaving its proposal unchanged. GAO held that: (1) the Army furnished an extensive list of questions that clearly related to proposal deficiencies and weaknesses; and (2) the protester failed to show any error of fact, law, or omission that would warrant reconsideration. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
