[Protest of Any GSA Contract Award for Lease of Office Space]
B-225711: Mar 11, 1987
- Full Report:
A firm protested a General Services Administration (GSA) contract award to any other firm for the lease of office space, contending that GSA: (1) led it to believe that it was limited to offering the same property GSA leased from it in the prior contract; and (2) improperly requested that it extend its offer. GAO held that: (1) GSA did not limit the protester to offering one particular property; and (2) the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after it knew the basis for protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
