A firm protested the rejection of its bid under a National Park Service (NPS) solicitation for repair services. NPS rejected the bid because it determined that the protester was suspended from federal contracting. The protester contended that NPS should not have rejected the bid because it submitted the bid before the suspension. GAO held that, as an ineligible bidder, the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest because it would not be in line for award even if its protest were sustained. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
