Highlights
A firm protested the Government Printing Office's (GPO) rejection of its bid as late, arguing that its bid was timely delivered by an airmail courier. GAO held that, since the only acceptable record showing the time that the bid was received was the GPO record indicating that it was late, the protester's argument had no merit. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
