Highlights
A firm requested reconsideration of a decision which dismissed its protest. Bid protest procedures require that requests for reconsideration be filed within 10 working days of when a protester knows or should have known the basis for reconsideration. Since this reconsideration was not filed within that timeframe, it was untimely and not for consideration. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was dismissed.
