A firm protested a contract award to another firm under a Defense Industrial Supply Center (DISC) solicitation, contending that DISC improperly accepted the awardee's late bid. GAO held that DISC properly determined that the bid could be considered under the late bid provisions of the solicitation. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
