Highlights
A firm requested reconsideration of a decision in which GAO denied its protest that the awardee under an Air Force solicitation submitted a nonresponsive bid. GAO reconsidered the decision pursuant to a request from a court of competent jurisdiction. The protester contended that the awardee's best and final offer did not meet certain solicitation specifications. GAO held that the awardee met the specifications and that the protester did not demonstrate any errors of fact or law that would warrant reversal of the decision. Accordingly, the prior decision was affirmed.
