A firm requested a second reconsideration of a decision which dismissed as untimely its protest concerning the Air Force's rejection of its proposal. The firm's first request for reconsideration was denied because it presented no facts that were not previously considered and did not allege that the decision contained any errors of law. Requests for reconsideration must be filed within 10 days after the basis for them is or should have been known. Since the protester's second request for reconsideration was not filed within this timeframe, it was dismissed as untimely.
