An incumbent contractor protested a Department of Labor wage determination made under the Service Contract Act and incorporated into a Navy solicitation for custodial services. After the incumbent protested to the Navy that the wage determination was defective, Labor issued a second wage determination to correct many of the alleged discrepancies. The protester complained that the wage determination was inconsistent with the collective bargaining agreement covering the involved employees and resulted in its being unfairly underbid by competitors. GAO will not review the accuracy of wage rate determinations issued in connection with solicitations subject to the Service Contract Act. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
