A firm protested the actions of certain Government personnel in connection with the administration of a Navy contract for custodial services. GAO does not consider matters regarding contract administration. Such matters must be resolved pursuant to the procedures set out in the disputes clause contained in standard Government contracts. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
