A firm protested the award of a contract which was a small business set-aside contending that the awardee was not a small business and, therefore, not qualified for an award. The Small Business Administration has the exclusive authority to determine matters of small business size status for procurement purposes. Therefore, GAO will not review questions of a bidder's small business size status. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
