A firm protested an award of a small business set-aside contract to another firm contending that the firm's size exceeded that which is required to qualify for security contracts set aside for small business. The Small Business Administration has exclusive authority to determine matters of small business size status for procurement purposes. Therefore, this protest was not for GAO review. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
