A firm protested the award of a contract by the General Services Administration. The protester contended that the awardee was not complying with the requirements of the contract. Whether the awardee is in fact performing in accordance with contract requirements is a matter of contract administration which is the function and responsibility of the procuring activity. Because GAO does not consider such matters, the protest was dismissed.
