A company protested award of certain contract items and contended that it did not receive an amendment correcting discrepancies in the bid schedule. The protest was filed more than 10 days after the company's knowledge of adverse agency action and was untimely. While the protester may have been unaware of Bid Protest Procedures and their time constraints, the procedures have been published in the Federal Register, and protesters must be charged with constructive knowledge of their contents.
