Request for Resolicitation Because of Agency's Failure To Provide Copy of Solicitation

A previous supplier of items requested that a solicitation be cancelled and readvertised because of the agency's failure to provide it with a copy of the solicitation, thus preventing it from bidding. The protest was denied since the failure was inadvertent, there was significant effort to obtain competition, reasonable prices were received, and there was no evidence of a deliberate effort to preclude the protester from bidding.
