Highlights

A transferred employee's entitlement to reimbursement for expenses incurred in connection with the sale of his residence was questioned. The employee may not be reimbursed since the settlement date on the sale was more than 2 years after the date of transfer in spite of the fact that he had been informed by the administrative office that the date of the sales contract, which had been entered into within the 2-year time limitation, would suffice.
