A company requested reconsideration of a contract award protest because it claimed that it was not advised as an interested party of the pendency of the protest. Comments furnished by the company as an interested party were not relevant to the issue on which the original decision was based and were not considered further. The company also protested a second award because of its exclusion from competition. The protest against exclusion was untimely.
