Highlights

A decision was requested as to whether reimbursement may be made for expenses incurred in the sale of land in connection with the change of an employee's permanent duty station. The employee sold property at the old duty station in two parcels to two separate buyers. The claim for real estate expenses for the parcel containing the house was paid. Real estate expenses of the parcel without the house cannot be paid since they do not reasonably relate to the residence site as required by regulations. (SW)
