Cancellation of Contract between Prime Contractor and Subcontractor

The protester objected to the cancellation of its subcontract with a prime contractor for a project for a third company. A substantial portion of the cost of the prime contract was being subsidized by the Federal Government. The protest was not considered since the matter did not involve either procurement by or for a Federal agency or procurement by a Federal grantee.
