Temporary Quarters Subsistence Expenses

A transferred Air Force employee, passed over for promotion and subsequently promoted after a finding of discrimination, claimed relocation expenses. GAO found that the employee may be paid either for temporary quarters subsistence, because permanent quarters were not vacated and required documentation was lacking, or for transportation of household goods, as the record did not contain actual or constructive weight or acceptable estimate.
