An employee requested reconsideration of a decision disallowing his claim for travel and transportation expenses in connection with an erroneous transfer, compensation for leave taken as a result of the transfer, and attorney's fees incurred in appealing the erroneous action. There is no authorization for recovery of any travel or transportation expenses incurred as a result of an erroneous transfer. However, the employee was entitled to subsistence expenses for the first 30 days while occupying temporary quarters at the new duty station. There is also no authority for reimbursement of legal fees.
