Protest Against Rejection of Bid as Nonresponsive

The protester objected to the rejection of its bid as nonresponsive due to the inclusion of descriptive literature which described equipment exceeding the specified space available for installation. The bid was properly rejected as nonresponsive since other material included with the bid at best created ambiguity as to the bidder's intent. Procedures were not available for correction of a nonresponsive bid so as to make it responsive.
