The protester objected to current and future procurement actions with regard to possible patent infringement, alleging that technical details of the equipment solicited have been taken from similar equipment protected by U.S. patents. Protests concerning allegations that patent infringement will result from a contract award were not for consideration by GAO since the exclusive remedy for unauthorized patent infringement is a suit against the Government in the Court of Claims.
