Untimely Protest Based on Alleged Improprieties in Solicitation
B-186242: May 11, 1976
- Full Report:
A protester against a contract award contended that the solicitation was defective in requiring a contract term different from the normal one. The protest was dismissed as untimely since it was filed with GAO more than 10 days after initial adverse agency action in response to a protest filed with the agency and after the closing date for receipt of proposals.
