Claims for Overtime Performed During Sky Marshal Program

A decision was requested with regard to the payment of claims of Secret Service agents for overtime performed during the Sky Marshall Program. The overtime was scheduled in advance and recurred at frequent intervals; it may be considered as "regularly scheduled" overtime compensable at time and one-half rates.
