An employee appealed the partial denial of a waiver of erroneous overpayments of salary. The employee had been advised that his two most recent promotions were erroneous and would be terminated at the end of the current pay period. Waiver was granted for the overpayments during the prior pay period and the current pay period since the employee received the checks after notification of the administrative error. The notice did not indicate that there was an overpayment, and the employee could not be expected to set aside such overpayment.
