Disallowance of Claim for Transportation of Household Goods

A former employee appealed the disallowance of his claim for reimbursement for transportation of household goods subsequent to his employment by an international organization. Reimbursement for transportation of household goods is not authorized under the Federal Employees International Service Organization Act and, even though the employee was reemployed by his former agency, he was not entitled to reimbursement.
