The protester objected to the cancellation of a small business set-aside procurement and alleged that several contractors who bid on the followon solicitation may have engaged in collusive bidding practices. The agency's determination to cancel the procurement set aside under the Small Business Act was not subject to review by GAO. Jurisdiction with regard to allegations of collusive bidding practices was committed exclusively to the Attorney General and the Federal courts since they involved the reporting of antitrust violations.
