An advance decision was requested as to whether an employee could be reimbursed for expenses incurred in moving household goods in connection with the transportation of a mobile home incident to his transfer. The employee was not entitled to reimbursement for the expenses of moving household goods not in the mobile home since Federal regulations provide that reimbursement for the transportation of a mobile home is in place of reimbursement for transportation of household goods.
