The protester requested reconsideration of a decision which ruled that GAO was precluded from reviewing an allegedly erroneous wage determination. The prior decision was affirmed since the Supreme Court had ruled that the correctness of a prevailing wage determination made by the Department of Labor was not subject to judicial review and since the protester failed to submit evidence or persuasive legal authority to demonstrate that the prior decision was based on a mistake of either law or fact.
