Comments on the Propriety of the Payment of Voucher for Photography Work

The Office of Price Stabilization requested a decision on whether it could certify for payment a voucher for photography work. GAO held that the costs were properly chargeable to the Office's appropriations account. Accordingly, the payment could be certified for payment.
