File a Bid Protest
GAO's E-filing System

Protesters are required to use GAO’s Electronic Protest Docketing System (EPDS) for all new bid protests. There is a $350 filing fee. GAO uses funds from the filing fee to pay for the operation and maintenance of the system.
Below we provide technical reference materials for using EPDS. We also provide guidance for protests involving classified material, which cannot be filed through EPDS.
If you require technical assistance or assistance with respect to a specific case, please contact
protests@gao.gov or 202-512-5436.
If you have any questions or comments about EPDS or its related reference materials, please contact
epdsfeedback@gao.gov.
