Short Description Provides annual grants to four U.S. territories to carry out a wide range of community development activities directed towards neighborhood revitalization, economic development, and improved community facilities and services. Eligible recipients are island governments of American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Housing-related eligible activities include the acquisition of property, rehabilitation of residential properties, and homeownership assistance.
