Federal Evaluations

This publication is presented as part of a continuing effort to provide Congress with improved access to program and management evaluation information in the Federal Government. The evaluations were conducted by Federal agencies to determine whether programs and operations are meeting their objectives. This publication is intended to be a reference for use by Congress in carrying out its budget and oversight responsibilities.
