GAO published a user guide for its Job Start Software to be used by evaluators-in-charge and team members to prepare job start forms and Mission Assignment and Tracking System Job initiation reports, division management to approve jobs and maintain a job information database, and the Office of Program Planning to receive and forward approved job start forms to the Job Starts Group.
