GAO presented a transcript of a videotape interview of Smith Blair, Charles Edward Eckert, Martin J. Fitzgerald, and L. Fred Thompson, four former GAO officials who had key roles in GAO liaison with Congress, as part of its program to record key government officials' observations and impressions and ensure that the bases for policy decisions and other important events are systematically recorded for posterity.
