Pursuant to a legislative requirement, GAO reviewed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) new rule on powered industrial truck operator training. GAO noted that: (1) the final rule would revise existing requirements for powered industrial truck operator training; and (2) OSHA complied with applicable requirements in promulgating the rule.
