GAO reviewed the revision of the amounts of the two deferrals included in the President's 103rd special impoundment message for fiscal year 1992.

GAO found that the deferrals were in accordance with the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974. GAO also provided specific information on the deferrals which would be useful to Congress in its examination of the President's message and a list of the deferrals.
