Extending Wireless Telecommunications Services to Tribal Lands
OGC-00-55, Aug 15, 2000

GAO noted that: (1) the rule would provide incentives for wireless telecommunications carriers to serve individuals living on tribal lands; and (2) FCC complied with applicable requirements in promulgating the rule.
