GAO provided supplemental information on: (1) major Palauan contracts for infrastructure and services; (2) Palauan law enforcement capabilities and U.S. law enforcement assistance; (3) issues related to compact ratification referenda; and (4) U.S. defense operating rights in Palau following compact implementation.
