Request for Assistance on Allegations From K. R. Higgins Concerning Planning Research Corporation's Contract at NASA's Kennedy Space Center

Charges concerning the performance of the Planning Research Corporation (PRC) under its contract at the Kennedy Space Center were investigated. Under its contract with the Center, PRC provides engineering services, which include surveillance and inspection of construction, manufacturing, and installation contracts to assure that work is performed in accordance with design drawings and specifications.
