Survey of Public Affairs Activities by the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare

Congress asked GAO to survey the public affairs activities by the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. Specifically, Congress asked for information on broadcasting, advertisements, exhibits, films, publications, and speeches by members of the two departments and on the number of individual workers in these public affairs activities.
