The statements of financial condition of the Export-Import Bank of the United States were examined along with the statements of income and analysis reserve for contingencies and defaults and of changes in financial position for the year then ended. Except for the amount reserved for contingencies and defaults, the financial statements present fairly the financial position of the Export-Import Bank and the results of its operations and changes in its financial position for the years then ended conform with generally accepted accounting principles applied on a consistent basis.
