VA Appropriations

Pursuant to a legislative requirement, GAO provided information on Office of Management and Budget (OMB) actions in compliance with the Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) appropriation legislation. GAO found that: (1) OMB provided timely written certification that addressed the appropriation legislation; and (2) VA complied with the legislation's medical care employment and fund disbursement requirements.
